  1. You need 2 of eggs.
  2. Provide 4 slices of bread.
  3. Take 1 of onion.
  4. Prepare Handful of coriander leaves.

  7. Prepare 1 tablespoon of milk.

  2. In a bowl add the onions, coriander, green chillies, salt, red chilli powder, eggs, milk beat nicely.
  3. Now take a bread slice dip in egg mixture. Heat some oil on tawa and place the bread slice.
  4. Roast nicely till golden on one side on medium flame, now flip and cook on the other side.
  5. I have used brown bread, so the color is bit dark, you can use white bread also, repeat for rest of slices and serve with Ketchup.
